Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled and dispatched from our fulfillment partners in
China.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We currently ship Worldwide.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery times vary by destination:

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • United States & Canada: 6–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
  • Asia: 4–8 business days
  • Middle East: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of World: 8–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimated from dispatch and may vary during peak periods or due to customs procedures in the destination country.

Will I have to pay import VAT or customs charges?
Possibly. Orders shipped from China to Europe may be subject to
import VAT, customs duties, customs clearance fees, or handling
charges unless expressly included at checkout. All imported goods into
the EU are generally subject to VAT.
Can I return an item?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in
accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. EU consumers
generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for online purchases.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@vaelparis.com with your order number and return
request.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and
photos of the issue.
