Shipping policy

At VAËL, each order is prepared with care to ensure it arrives in the condition intended. Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment partner in mainland China, which is why customers in Hong Kong and Singapore receive their orders within days. Orders to the EU and the UK may be dispatched from our Estonian location when the item is held there.

Free delivery
Delivery is complimentary on every order to Hong Kong and Singapore, with no minimum spend. Elsewhere, orders over €500 ship free (over €350 to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland), applied automatically at checkout; orders below that are charged a flat rate based on destination.

Hong Kong: nothing to pay at the door
Hong Kong is a free port. No customs duty or sales tax applies to clothing, so the price you see is the price you pay, and your parcel is delivered with nothing further to pay.

Singapore: GST and duties included
Orders to Singapore are delivered duties and taxes paid. Any GST and import duty that applies is included in the price and settled by VAËL before dispatch, so there is nothing to pay on arrival.

Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins once your order has been placed successfully. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

- Hong Kong: 1–2 business days
- Singapore: 2–4 business days
- Rest of Asia: 4–10 business days
- Europe: 6–12 business days
- United Kingdom: 6–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Middle East: 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days

These delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after dispatch. Including processing, orders to Hong Kong typically arrive within 3–5 business days of the order and orders to Singapore within 4–7 business days. Each product page shows the estimated delivery dates for an order placed today. Where an item is dispatched from Estonia, delivery within the EU and UK is typically faster than the range shown.

Shipping confirmation and tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Every order is tracked to the door. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Customs, duties and taxes for other destinations
For international orders outside Hong Kong and Singapore, customs duties, import taxes and related fees may apply depending on the destination country. Where they are shown and charged at checkout, they are included and nothing further is payable on delivery. Where they are not, they are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery notes
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs procedures, local carrier operations, weather conditions, and periods of high demand. VAËL is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or events outside our control.

Address accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. VAËL is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

Undeliverable or refused shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping delays
While we aim to meet the stated delivery windows, all shipping timeframes are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. In Hong Kong and Singapore we collect the parcel or send you a prepaid label, so returns are free. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
