Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Processing time is separate from shipping time and begins once your order has been placed successfully. During periods of increased demand, processing may take the full stated timeframe.Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 5–7 business days
- Europe: 5–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 6–10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days
- Asia: 4–8 business days
- Middle East: 6–10 business days
- Rest of World: 8–14 business days
These delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after dispatch.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, where available. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Vaël is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or events outside our control.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Vaël is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect shipping information.
Undeliverable or Refused Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we may contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
